In our manufacturing facility we always have a sufficient stock of raw material. In addition to that we have more than 2000 press tools that cover a vast range of dimensions and shapes. These two things together assure quick delivery of products to our Customers without burdening them with the tool manufacturing costs. Following operations are carried out internally resulting into an efficient and cost-effective manufacturing process: - Design, manufacturing and maintenance of all press tools - Punching operations - Eventual heat treatment of the punched parts - Packing and forwarding. The complete manufacturing process makes use of computerized information gathering and storage system. This fact allows us to have on-line information about raw material availability and keep a trace of tools and presses used for manufacturing each production lot and all quality related information about it. Our large “Finished Parts Stock” guarantees continuous availability of all standard products. We are also in a position to offer a 100% quality control of the parts with the newly acquired automatic system to check dimensional accuracy of the components.
