Vezzaro Augusto Guarnizioni has a quality control department with instrumentation to check component dimensions, material hardness and surface roughness. Dimensions: Dimension measuring instruments like vernier callipers, micrometers (internal and external), calibrated dowel pins, Johnson Blocks, Ceramic rings and Mitutoyo profile projector are used to ensure dimensional accuracy of our products. Hardness: A Matzusawa make hardness tester with a monitor to check the test impression (? I have to check whether this word is appropriate, need internet for that) is used to carry out the Vickers hardness test on raw material as well as on finished products. Surface Roughness: To be able to satisfy special requirements of some of our Customers, we have invested in a Hommelwerke make surface roughness measuring instrument to measure the surface roughness of the raw material and if possible also that of the finished products.
